Stay Fit is a fun group combining flexibility exercises with cardio and gentle strength training all tailored to your ability and needs (for 55+). Our instructor Cath has a background in heart health and will be happy to discuss your needs/ability before taking part.
The class runs every Friday at St Barnabas Church Hall in Tunbridge Wells, from 11:30am – 12.15pm.
