Kent Youth Wellbeing Cafe

Mid Kent Mind

Kent County Council have kindly funded a Kent Youth Wellbeing Cafe.

Virtual Services from Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind are facilitated by our team of Wellbeing Workers – with two Wellbeing Workers hosting fun activities including a digital quiz and other activities to help to promote social interaction. It provides young people with an opportunity to still speak to others – and to still benefit from the peer-to-peer support which they may not be able to access currently.

This is a safe space for young people to come and seek support from others – providing them with an opportunity to share the concerns they may have that they don’t feel able to talk about currently.

This service has been designed with young people between the ages of 9 and 16 in mind.

The service will be available every Wednesday night from 4pm – 6pm.
