Touch Base Project

Advocacy for All

The Touch Base Project is a crisis avoidance service for adults with a diagnosis of, or awaiting assessment for, Autism or Asperger's, in Kent and Medway. Support is provided on a 1:1 and/or group basis and can be either face-to-face, virtual, or via phone. Interventions are tailored to the need of the individual and can include social groups, peer buddying, signposting and support accessing community interest groups and societies.
