Our CBT Skills course is a six week course based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and aims to help you understand what keeps anxiety and depression going, and how to break those vicious cycles using CBT principles.
This includes building a balance of activities you find helpful, step by step, tackling issues with motivation and feeling on edge all the time, understanding and challenging your thoughts and beliefs, being more assertive, and understanding emotions and learning how to not get overwhelmed by them.
