Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)* helps you to identify how your thoughts and behaviour impact on your mental and physical wellbeing. The aim is to develop more balanced thinking patterns and change unhelpful behaviour patterns that may be causing you on-going anxiety.
*Our services are continuing via remote access. We are offering 1:1 treatment via telephone and Google meet and are still running CBT and long-term conditions groups via webinar on Google meet. Currently we do not have a date to return to offering face to face sessions.
If you think you could benefit from CBT please contact the service to complete a referral and book an assessment.
