Our 'Managing Low Mood' webinar is a four week self-help workshop based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aims to help you understand what keeps low mood and depression going, as well as how to break those vicious cycles.
This includes tackling issues with motivation by building a balance of activities to establish a routine, and developing a more positive mindset by understanding and challenging your critical inner voice.
