Our 'Managing Panic' webinar is a five week self-help workshop based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aims to help you understand what keeps anxiety and panic going, as well as how to break those vicious cycles.
This includes understanding more about the physical sensations experienced with anxiety and why they occur, as well as providing practical techniques to help you relax and ground you in the present moment.
