Coping with Life is a five week course of 2 hour sessions to help people develop coping strategies for dealing with mental health problems that are affecting their day to day life.
This course utilises Cognitive Behavioural Coaching techniques and self-analysis exercises to enable participants to manage anxiety by understanding what anxiety is and how it is triggered, learning skills to help lower anxiety and deal with fight or flight situations effectively.
This activity can be accessed by anyone registered with Live Well Kent.
