"Actively Involved is a new Kent service which improves health and happiness for those 55 and over, or living with complex health conditions (covering West Kent and Dartford). Activities include Art and Craft, Community Allotment, Entrepreneurial Advice, Exercise, Friendship and Social Contacts, Gardening, Hedge Laying, Men's Sheds, Nature Walks, Photography, Singing and Dance, Seated Exercise Classes, Social Groups (Mental health focused), Tai Chi, Specialist Advice, Wildlife (Bat walks, Flora walks, Coppicing).

This service is funded by Kent County Council. Some sessions will ask for a small fee

or suggested donation."
