SES is an employment focussed programme that has been designed specifically to help people with disabilities to gain the skills needed to find and stay in work.
Doncaster Deaf Trust is the Hearing and Communication specialists for SES and, along with our partners, Action on Hearing Loss in Wales and Scotland and Clarion, we will be providing practical help and support, including training and employment skills, nationally.
Wherever you are in England, Scotland or Wales, if you have Hearing Loss, or a Hearing Impairment and you want to work, we can help. We can also help if your hearing loss is part of a broader disability like Autism, Asperger’s or Rett syndromes.
To be suitable for the programme the person must; have a disability or health condition that effects the work they can do, be unemployed, be between school leaving age and state pension age, and be a UK resident.
The programme will usually run for 12 months.
The person must not be on any other jobcentre provision.
